Anhang

Die PAMIYA Holding GmbH hält Anteile an verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Gesellschaften.
Der diesjährige negative Bilanzverlust im Geschäftsjahr 2023 resultiert im Wesentlichen aus dauerhaften Abschreibungen von Unternehmensanteilen des Anlagevermögens. Die größte Beteiligung der Gesellschaft, die im Rahmen des Teilverkaufs auch teilweise an eine Tochtergesellschaft der Gesellschaft veräußert wurde, ist insolvent und wird liquidiert. Der Wert dieser Beteiligung muss sowohl bei der Gesellschaft als auch bei der Tochtergesellschaft der Gesellschaft vollständig abgeschrieben werden.
Diese Abschreibung und weitere finanzielle Verpflichtungen im Zusammenhang mit der Insolvenz und der Finanzierung der Beteiligung und der Finanzierung einer weiteren Beteiligung werden im Geschäftsjahr 2024 zu einer weiteren Reduzierung des Gewinnvortrags und des Eigenkapitals der Gesellschaft führen.
