Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf und ist dort beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf im Handelsregister, Abteilung B unter Nr. HRB 88213 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß der §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des AktG und der Satzung aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267a Abs. 1 HGB auf und nimmt daher bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechende größenabhängige Erleichterungen in Anspruch. Von der Erleichterung nach § 275 Abs. 5 HGB in Verbindung mit § 158 Abs. 3 AktG wird Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die unter Beachtung steuerlicher Vorschriften angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich der kumulierten planmäßigen Abschreibungen bilanziert.

Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Ausfall- und sonstige Risiken wird durch entsprechende Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen decken die zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung erkennbaren Risiken ab. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

III. Erläuterung zu den Posten der Bilanz

1. Grundkapital

Das Grundkapital beträgt EUR 450.000,00 und ist eingeteilt in 450.000 Stückaktien.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
