Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

1. ALLGEMEINES

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma PathoNext GmbH mit Sitz in Leipzig im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Leipzig unter HRB 31529 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Ergänzende Vorschriften aus dem Gesellschaftsvertrag ergaben sich nicht.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Gesellschaft hat bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses teilweise von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten des § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

2. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN SOWIE ERLäUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Anlagevermögen

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, soweit sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Für Anlagegüter mit einem Netto-Einzelanschaffungswert von mehr als EUR 150,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 wird der jährlich steuerlich zu bildende Sammelposten in die Handelsbilanz übernommen. Von den jährlichen Sammelposten, deren Höhe insgesamt von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist, werden entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften pauschalierend jeweils 20 Prozent im Jahr, für dessen Zugänge er gebildet wurde, und den vier darauffolgenden Jahren abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden im Übrigen zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Umlaufvermögen

Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden zu Einkaufspreisen bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Sonderposten für Zuwendungen zum Anlagevermögen

Der Sonderposten für Zuwendungen zum Anlagevermögen wird in Höhe der für die Anschaffung der Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens gewährten Investitionszuschüsse gebildet. Der Sonderposten wird unter Berücksichtigung der Nutzungsdauern der geförderten Vermögensgegenstände aufgelöst.

Rückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen beinhalten solche gegenüber der Gesellschafterin in Höhe von insgesamt TEUR 5.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 7.

Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten zur Finanzierung von Anlagevermögen in Höhe von TEUR 849 sind durch geschäftsüblichen Eigentumsvorbehalt und Bürgschaften gesichert.
