ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2022

a) Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Ennepetal und ist eingetragen im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hagen (HRB 7995).

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 3 HGB auf. Die Aufstellung der Bilanz ist nach den weitergehenden Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) erfolgt.

b) Angaben zu Bilanzierungs‑ und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach den §§ 266 HGB. Geschäftszweigbedingte Abweichungen von dem gesetzlichen Gliederungsschema sind nicht erforderlich.

Die Bewertung entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften und den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Bilanzierung (insbesondere Realisationsprinzip, Imparitätsprinzip, Grundsatz der Periodenabgrenzung und Einzelbewertung). Der Grundsatz der formellen Bilanzkontinuität ist erfüllt. Der Grundsatz der Stetigkeit gem. §§ 246 Abs. 3, 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 und 265 Abs. 1 HGB wird beachtet.

c) Angaben zur Bilanz
1. Anlagevermögen
Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt.
Bei Anlagegütern, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, sind die Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Anlagezugänge des Geschäftsjahres 2022 werden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibung erfolgt nach der linearen Methode unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Die Bewertungsfreiheit für geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis jeweils € 800,00 (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG) wird in Anspruch genommen.
2. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt.
3. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
4. Gezeichnetes Kapital
Das Gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Es ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.
5. Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB bewertet.
