Anhang

Die Phao Emdion GmbH wird bei dem Amtsgericht Aschaffenburg unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 9191 geführt.

Wir haben den Jahresabschluss nach den Bestimmungen des HGB gegliedert und erstellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden an den handelsrechtlichen und den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der linearen Methode.

Bei den Vorräten werden die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sowie die Waren zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. den niedrigeren Wiederbeschaffungskosten unter Beachtung der Niederstwertregel angesetzt. Bestandsrisiken werden durch Abwertungen berücksichtigt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit Ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren.

Zum Bilanzstichtag besteht gegenüber dem Gesellschafter Herr Pasqual Heßberger eine Verbindlichkeit in Höhe von 32.257,03 Euro und gegenüber Hernn Peter Kemmerer in Höhe von 11.128,69 Euro.

Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Kapitalgesellschaft.

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne von § 251 HGB sind nicht bekannt.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren bei der Gesellschaft neben den Geschäftsführern durchschnittlich 34 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Die Geschäftsführung im Kalenderjahr 2023 erfolgte durch Herrn Pasqual Heßberger, Herrn Peter Kemmerer und Herrn René Steinkellner. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
