A. Allgemeines
Durch Verschmelzungsvertrag vom 16. Mai 2024 wurde die Platin 2384. GmbH mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main) mit wirtschaftlicher Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2024 auf die Platin 2383. GmbH verschmolzen.
Der Jahresabschluss und der Vorjahresabschluss sind daher nur eingeschränkt vergleichbar.
B. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze
Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind im Jahresabschluss der Platin 2383. GmbH, Frankfurt am Main (Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main, HRB 130206), freiwillig die Vorschriften des HGB für große Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden.
Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.
Der Anhang ist (teilweise) unter Berücksichtigung größenabhängiger Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB erstellt worden.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Finanzanlagen waren zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.
C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
1. Flüssige Mittel
Der Posten enthält Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten.
2. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben wie im Vorjahr in voller Höhe eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr waren keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
