I. Registerinformationen

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Potis Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH mit Sitz in Göttingen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Göttingen unter der Nummer HRB 2988 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und den Ergänzungen des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267a HGB auf. Deren Wahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen.

III. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit Nennbeträgen bilanziert.

Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten ist zu Nominalwerten bilanziert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert.

IV. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen haben Restlaufzeiten von unter einem Jahr.

Der Bilanzgewinn enthält einen Gewinnvortrag von EUR 6.529,52.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Potis Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH durch die beiden Geschäftsführer:

- Frau Anna Tsolkas, Göttingen

- Herr Konstantinos Sitoudis, Göttingen.

Beide Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Die Potis Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin der Potis GmbH & Co. KG, Göttingen.
