A. GRUNDLEGENDE ANGABEN ZUM UNTERNEHMEN UND ZUR BILANZIERUNG
Eckdaten zum Unternehmen, Gliederung, Vorjahresbeträge
Die Gesellschaft firmiert als Potthoff Ingenieure GmbH. Ihr Sitz ist Versmold. Sie ist unter der Nr. HRB 10968 im Register des Amtsgerichts Gütersloh eingetragen.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Bilanzierungs und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten bilanziert.
Die sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Bankguthaben werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen, auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung. Die Bewertung erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
