Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben
Die PP CXP HoldCo GmbH hat ihren Sitz in München und ist in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht München (HRB 294854) eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 wurde nach den handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften entsprechend § 264 HGB und unter Berücksichtigung des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB i. V. m. 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Finanzanlagen

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen. Abwertungen auf einen am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert waren nicht vorzunehmen.

Liquide Mittel

Die liquiden Mittel werden mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind jeweils in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig erscheint.

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag.

3. Erläuterungen zu den Posten der Bilanz

Finanzanlagen

Die Finanzanlagen beinhalten eine 100%ige Beteiligung an der PP CXP GmbH, München.

Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Stammkapital laut Satzung sowie der Handelsregistereintragung und ist in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 vollständig eingezahlt.

Kapitalrücklage

Die Kapitalrücklage enthält ausschließlich Zuzahlungen gem. § 272 Abs. 2 Nr. 4 HGB.

Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Haftungsverhältnisse

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen bestehen nicht.

Im Geschäftsjahr waren keine Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen beschäftigt.
