Angaben zu § 284 HGB
Die HAC Hanseatic Air Cargo und Logistik GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 62880 eingetragen.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Regelungen (§§ 238 ff. HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde, mit Ausnahme der Angaben gem. § 251 HGB, der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Die Zugänge zum Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die beweglichen Anlagen werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer planmäßig linear abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen sowie das allgemeine Risiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1% berücksichtigt
Die flüssigen Mittel (Bank, Kasse u.a.) sind in der Bilanz mit ihrem Nennbetrag enthalten.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen die das laufende Geschäftsjahr noch nicht veranlagte Steuern.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

Angaben zu § 285 HGB

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr im Durchschnitt 4 Arbeitnehmer.
