Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitlagesellschaften.

Die dem Abschluss zu Grunde liegende Buchführung entspricht den GoB.

2. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführung

Während des Berichtszeitraums war als Geschäftsführer Herr Jörg Kümmel bestellt und im Handelsregister eingetragen.

Namensänderung
