Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der ProConception Verwaltungs GmbH, Nideggen, zum 31.12.2011 wurde in Übereinstimmung mit den Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Für die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB angewandt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft unterliegt für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 den Aufstellungsgrundsätzen für Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 264 ff. HGB. Gemessen an den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Größenumschreibungen des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Gesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 276 Abs. 1 HGB wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht. Hingegen wurde die Erleichterung gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschl. der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Grundsätze und Methoden angewandt:

Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Für das Geschäftsjahr betreffende, noch nicht veranlagte Steuern sowie für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten wurden Rückstellungen gebildet. Sie entsprechen dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung zu erwartenden Erfüllungsbetrag. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Von den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Forderungen haben € 24.932,11 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Die Forderungen beinhalten mit einem Betrag von € 32.044,32 Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter.

Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmungsorgane

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch die Geschäftsführer Marlies Kunzweiler, Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau, und Anton Peter Kunzweiler, Pädagoge, geführt.

b)
Unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin

Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftende Gesellschafterin bei der ProConception GmbH & Co. KG, Nideggen.

c)
Angaben zur Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss von € 1.458,19 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
