I. Allgemeine Angaben

1. Größenklasse
Nach den Merkmalen zu Beurteilung der Größenklassen ist die Firma PRODATO Process
Solutions GmbH nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

2. Gliederung
Die Gliederung der Bilanz und die der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den
§§ 266 und 275 HGB, sowie § 42 GmbHG. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach
dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- u. Bewertungsmethoden

1. Entgeltlich von Dritten erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des
    Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und über den Zeitraum der
    Nutzung planmäßig abgeschrieben.

2. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter
    Nutzungsdauer vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die
    Abschreibungen werden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. Die
    Anlagegüter werden nach Maßgabe der steuerlich für zulässig gehaltenen Nutzungsdauer
    linear abgeschrieben.

3. Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nennwert.
    Notwendige Berichtigungen wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigung bzw. durch Forderungs-
    verluste berücksichtigt.

4. Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und sind
    notwendig wie ausreichend.

5. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nennwert. Der Grundsatz
    der Einzelbewertung gem. § 252 (1) Nr. 3 (2) HGB und der Bewertungsstetigkeit wurde
    beachtet § 252 (1) Nr. 6 HGB.
    Die Wertansätze und die Ermittlung des Wertansatzes entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vor-
    schriften sowie den Methoden der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung §§ 252, 253,
    255, 279 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen ent-
    sprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage § 264 (2) HGB.

6. Die Ausübung von Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Ausweiswahlrechten erfolgte
    unverändert zum Vorjahresabschluss.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung wurde für das abgelaufene Jahr durch Herrn Dipl. Inf. (Univ.) Matthias
Faerber wahrgenommen § 285 Nr. 10 HGB.
