Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht
Die purplecat AG mit Sitz in München wird beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter der Nummer HRB 246089 geführt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände
Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Sachanlagen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Anschaffungskosten beweglicher Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 800,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere
Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von über 1 Jahr betragen € 266.983,31.
Forderungen gegen Unternehmen mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht betragen € 165.925,15

Liquide Mittel
Liquide Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde für Ausgaben gebildet, die erst in späteren Wirtschaftsjahren Aufwand darstellen.

Grundkapital
Das Grundkapital ist eingeteilt in 50.000 Aktien ohne Nennbetrag.

Gesetzliche Rücklage
Die gesetzliche Rücklage wurde gemäß § 150 Abs. 2 AktG gebildet.

Rückstellungen
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen € 450.700,08.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von über einem Jahr betragen € 58.354,21.
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Unternehmen mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht betragen € 51.519,58

Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Organ der Gesellschaft
Zum Vorstand der Gesellschaft wurde Herr Maximilian Schindler bestellt.
Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und vom Verbot des Selbstkontrahierens § 181 BGB befreit.

Zu Mitgliedern des Aufsichtsrats wurden bestellt:

Gewährte Vorschüsse und Kredite an den Vorstand

Die Rückführung erfolgt gemäß gesonderter Vereinbarung bis zum 31.12.2024 und bis zum 31.12.2030.
