Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2013

1. Allgemeines

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Gewinn- und Verlust-Rechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Absatz 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB und der §§ 42, 42a GmbHG erstellt.

2. Bilanzansatz und Bewertung

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich der kumulierten planmäßigen Abschreibung bilanziert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden linear bzw. degressiv in der zulässigen Höhe verrechnet.

Die Darstellung der Anlagewerte sowie der Abschreibung ist der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens zu entnehmen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Nominalwerten bilanziert worden.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt worden.

Die Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung passiviert.
