Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich
der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 der Qunis GmbH, Brannenburg (Amtsgericht Traunstein, HRB 22405), wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände
Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Sachanlagen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände vorgenommen.

Steuerlich sogenannte geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangszeitpunkt sofort vollständig abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von über 1 Jahr betragen € 24.210,00.

Liquide Mittel
Liquide Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde für Ausgaben gebildet, die erst in späteren Wirtschaftsjahren Aufwand darstellen.

Gezeichnetes Kapital
Das Gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt und entspricht dem Handelsregistereintrag.

Gewinnrücklagen
Die Gewinnrücklagen wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen ausgewiesen. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:
