Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die rrbone GmbH ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Dortmund unter der Registernummer HRB 23168 eingetragen. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Dortmund.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG).

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses entspricht den Vorschriften des HGB unter besonderer Beachtung der §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB auf.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden grundsätzlich an den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Für bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als 250,00 €, aber nicht mehr als 1.000,00 €, wurde ein Sammelposten gebildet und linear über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben.

Das Anlagevermögen ist in einem Bestandsnachweis ordnungsgemäß entwickelt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Auszahlungen/Einzahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand/Ertrag für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.

Das Stammkapital wird als Gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen und wurde zum Nennwert bewertet.

Rückstellungen wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beträgt 226.883,37 € (Vorjahr: 115.829,96 €).

Im Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 29.469,69 € (Vorjahr: 20.818,93 €) enthalten.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet anteilige Aufwendungen aus dem Netzbetrieb, Raumkosten, Versicherungs- und Mitgliedsbeiträgen und sonstigen Dienstleistungen.

Der passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet anteilige Erträge für im Folgejahr zu erbringende Leistungen.

Eigenkapital

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt zum 31. Dezember 2023 25.000,00 €, davon sind 13.000,00 € eingezahlt.

Die Bilanz wird gemäß § 268 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB unter Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. Im Bilanzgewinn zum 31. Dezember 2023 ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 95.796,33 € enthalten.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten Rückstellungen für Aufbewahrungspflicht und die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten beträgt 402.723,20 € (Vorjahr: 313.303,73 €).

Davon entfallen auf Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr 402.723,20 € (Vorjahr: 313.303,73 €). Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Dominik Bay geführt.

Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

Während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 waren durchschnittlich 4 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
