Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB
(§§ 238 ff HGB) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) aufgestellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB) auf.

Abweichungen in den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Verhältnis zum Vorjahr liegen nicht vor.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Über die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden berichten wir wie folgt:

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, gemindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung, bewertet.
Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Anlagegegenstände wurde in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen geschätzt, wobei die jeweiligen Mindestwerte zum Ansatz kamen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr des Zugangs in vollem Umfang abgeschrieben (§ 6 EStG).

Dem Anlagespiegel gem. § 268 Abs. 2 HGB wurden die historischen Anschaffungskosten zugrunde gelegt. Er ist dem Jahresabschluss beigefügt.

Die Finanzanlagen (Beteiligungen) sind zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet; das pauschale Ausfallrisiko wurde mit 0,5% der Nettobeträge berücksichtigt.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.

Bankguthaben / liquide Mittel wurden durch Bankauszug bzw. Kassenbericht nachgewiesen und sind zum Nennwert aktiviert.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und decken alle erkennbaren Risiken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen 0,00 €.

Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 0,00 €.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 1.636,04 €.

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen 249.814,97 €.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit über einem Jahr bestehen nicht.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.

Gemäß § 251 HGB auszuweisende Haftungsverhältnisse existieren nicht, außergewöhnliche Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen existieren nicht.

Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren durchschnittlich 33 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
