1. Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften

Der Jahresabschluß wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 256 HGB aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt, ebenso der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten.

Die Bewertung des Eigenkapitals erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Bemessung der Rückstellungen erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der wahrscheinlichen Inanspruchnahme.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind vollständig und gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 HGB mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren liegen nicht vor.
