Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267(1) HGB. Von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften sowie von der Ausnahmeregelung gemäß § 286 Abs.3 Satz 1 Nr.2 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Bilanz ist in Kontoform, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Erläuterungen und ergänzende Angaben zur Bilanz

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Abschreibungen werden je nach betriebsgewöhnlicher Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens werden analog der steuerlichen Vorschriften bilanziert. Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Rückstellungen entsprechen den zu erwartenden Ausgaben und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer ist Herr Berthold Schlage, Kaufmann, Hamburg.

Es bestehen folgende Beteiligungen:

Trojanon Management GmbH, Hamburg mit einem Anteil von 27% am Stammkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von 25.000,00 EUR. Die Gesellschaft hat in 2011 ein Ergebnis von - 9.760,53 EUR erwirtschaftet.

Princess Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg mit einem Anteil von 50% am Stammkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von 26.100,00 EUR. Die Gesellschaft hat in 2011 ein Ergebnis von 2.137,89 EUR erwirtschaftet.

Princess Hotel GmbH & Co KG, Hamburg mit einem Anteil von 40% am Kommanditkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von 100.000,00 EUR. Die Gesellschaft hat in 2011 ein Ergebnis von 16.847,45 EUR erwirtschaftet.
