I. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Mit der Eintragung ins Handelsregister Köln ist die Severe Capital GmbH am 04.04.2013 gegründet worden.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Beteiligung an anderen Unternehmen sowie an Immobilien, die IT- und Unternehmensberatung und IT-Dienstleistungen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden.

Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren.

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

III. Informationen zur Bilanz

Forderungen gegen GmbH-Gesellschafter

Laut Gesellschafter-Beschluss vom 30.04.2013 hat die Gesellschaft ein Darlehen an den Gesellschafter Gerrit Schumann in Höhe von max. 100 T € mit einer jährlichen Verzinsung von 3 %, auszahlbar in abrufbaren einzelnen Tranchen und rückzahlbar bis spätestens 31.12.2015 gewährt.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen.

IV. Angaben zu Haftungsverhältnissen

Die Haftung der Gesellschaft ist beschränkt.
