Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss der [s.i.g.] Holding AG wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des Aktien-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs.1 HGB.

Die Einzelpositionen des veröffentlichten Jahresabschlusses sind auf volle Euro auf- bzw. abgerundet.

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss 2010

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert worden.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Anlagevermögen

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden durchweg an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

Bei Finanzanlagen wurden die bilanzierten Anteilsrechte und sonstigen Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten oder mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Umlaufvermögen

Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen musste keinen Risiken durch die Bildung angemessener Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen werden.

Rückstellungen / Verbindlichkeiten

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im einzelnen im Anlagespiegel dargestellt. Es sind die historischen Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten nachgewiesen. Auf die Aufstellung wird nach § 274a Nr. 1 HGB verzichtet.

Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Auf die Aufstellung wird nach § 274a Nr. 2 HGB verzichtet.

Sonstige Rückstellungen

Es bestehen keine erläuterungspflichtige sonstigen Rückstellungen (§§ 285 Nr. 12, 288 HGB).

Verbindlichkeiten

In den Verbindlichkeiten ist ein Betrag in Höhe von 0,00 Euro (Vj. 0,00 Euro) gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten.

Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen keine erläuterungspflichtige finanzielle Verpflichtungen (§§ 285 Nr. 1-3a, 288 HGB).

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von 179.252,02 Euro enthalten.
