With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang 2024

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Personenhandelsgesellschaft im Sinne der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Minden. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Bad Oeynhausen unter HRA 8464 eingetragen. Die Bilanzierung der Finanzanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten. Das Umlaufvermögen einschließlich der flüssigen Mittel wird zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Sie sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin ist die Sitex Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. Deren gezeichnetes Kapital beträgt € 25.200,00. Die Gesellschaft ist deren alleinige Gesellschafterin. Geschäftsführer sind Frau Miriam Paul, Herr Achim Paul und Herr Stephan Ullmer-Kadierka.
