Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des BilRUG aufgestellt. Nach den im § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.Angaben die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werdenkönnen, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt. Forderungen aus dem laufenden Verrechnungsverkehr in Höhe von 32.728,53 EUR betreffen die Snotronic System GmbH & Co. KG.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 1.480,22 EUR (Vorjahr: 617,37 EUR).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00).

Die Gesellschaft hat während des Geschäftsjahres keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Robert Wallenborn, Informatiker, Frechen, geführt.

Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung nach dem Schluss des Geschäftsjahres

Es haben sich nach dem Schluss des Geschäftsjahres 2018/2019 keine Vorgänge ereignet, die für die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft von besonderer Bedeutung sind.
