I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die SOFT-PARK GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Hamburg unter 110425 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 der SOFT-PARK GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274 a, 276 und 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde bei der Aufstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht.

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Aktivierungswahlrecht für selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens gem. § 248 II HGB wird in Anspruch genommen. Sie werden gem. § 255 IIa HGB mit den bei deren Entwicklung anfallenden Herstellungskosten bewertet. Diese entsprechen den Vollkosten (§ 255 II HGB). Fremdkapitalzinsen, die im Herstellungszeitraum auf deren Finanzierung entfallen, wurden nicht einbezogen (§ 255 III HGB, § 284 II Nr. 4, 284 III 4 HGB n.F.).

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die planmäßige lineare Abschreibung unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer, welche nicht wesentlich von den steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen abweicht, abgeschrieben.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne von § 6 Abs. 2 EStG werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nennwerten bzw. soweit erforderlich zum niedrigen beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Ein Forderungsausfallrisiko besteht nicht.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden nur solche vor dem Bilanzstichtag geleisteten Ausgaben aktiviert, die Aufwand für eine kalendermäßig bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Jahre abgezinst. Ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Risiken für drohende Verluste wurden in angemessener Höhe berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Bilanzstichtag mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Sämtliche Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Von den sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr: Euro 36.257,65 (im Vorjahr: Euro 36.257,65). Es handelt sich um Kautionen.

Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen (Unternehmen mit Beteiligungsverhältnis) haben in Höhe von
Euro 227.248,26 (im Vorjahr: Euro 222.192,36) eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von Euro 37.627,37 (im Vorjahr: Euro 55.714,41) enthalten.
