I.

Allgemeine Angaben

1. Der Jahresabschluss 2011 der Solus Software GmbH, Würzburg, wurde auf der Grundlage der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend dazu waren die Regeln des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
2. Nach den Größenklassen des § 267 HGB ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine GmbH.

II.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Bestimmungen des § 266 HGB.
2. Die bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze wurden beibehalten.
3. Die Posten der Aktivseite wurden nicht mit Posten der Passivseite verrechnet.
4. Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet.
5. Dem Anlagevermögen wurden nur Gegenstände zugeordnet, die dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen geeignet und bestimmt sind.
6. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
7. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und den entsprechenden steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
8. Das Umlaufvermögen wurde mit seinen Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet.
9. Forderungen wurden grundsätzlich mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
10. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen.
11. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

III.

Pflichtangaben zur Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden in Höhe von 19.000,00 Euro (Vorjahr: 0,00 Euro).

IV.

Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr waren die Herren Markus Harzdorf und Gerhard Mack, beide Würzburg.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
