Angaben unter der Bilanz
I. Angaben im Sinne des § 264 (1a) HGB und allgemeines
Die Firma soul concept fabric GmbH mit Sitz in Düsseldorf ist beim zuständigen Registergericht Düsseldorf mit der HR B 81870 im Handelsregister eingetragen.
Es handelt sich um eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267a HGB.
Es wird von dem Wahlrecht im Sinne des § 275 (5) HGB Gebrauch gemacht.
II. Haftungsverhältnisse
Haftungsverhältnisse, die über die Angaben auf der Passivseite der Bilanz hinausgehen, liegen nicht vor.
Insbesondere liegen keine Verbindlichkeiten aus der Begebung und Übertragung von Wechseln, Bürgschaften, Wechsel- und Scheckbürgschaften sowie Gewährleistungsverträgen vor.
III. Vorschüsse/Kredite an Mitglieder der Verwaltung-, Geschäftsführung- oder Aufsichtsorgane i. S. d. § 285 Nr. 9 c.) getrennt nach Personengruppen
Entsprechende Sachverhalte liegen nicht vor.
IV. Transaktionen eigener Aktien i. S. d. § 160 (1) S. 1 Nr. 2 AktG
Entsprechende Sachverhalte liegen nicht vor.

V. Weitere notwendige Angaben i. S. d. § 264 (2) S. 3 HGB
Da besondere Umstände, die eine Abweichung der tatsächlichen Verhältnisse zu den in der Bilanz dargestellten Finanz-, Vermögens- und Ertragslage begründen, nicht vorliegen sind weitere Angaben sind insofern entbehrlich.
Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Dauerschuldverhältnissen in Höhe von 710.594,70 EUR. Davon sind 142.118,94 EUR im folgenden Geschäftsjahr fällig, ein Betrag in Höhe von 568.475,76 EUR in den darauffolgenden vier Geschäftsjahren und der restliche Betrag in Höhe von 0,00 EUR in späteren Geschäftsjahren.
