A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 143505 eingetragen, Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Hamburg.
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 für das Geschäftsjahr vom
01. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde gemäß §§ 264 ff HGB aufgestellt.

Posten, die sowohl am Bilanzstichtag, als auch am Stichtag des Vorjahres keinen Betrag ausweisen, sind nicht aufgeführt.

B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Wirtschaftsgüter und Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen entsprechend der angenommenen Nutzungsdauer bewertet.

Das Finanzanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Akuten Ausfallrisiken wurde durch Bildung von Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind besichert durch die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind unbesichert.

Es bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB.

Herr Jan Fischer (seit April 2023)

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 25 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
