Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Starke Software GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Kiel. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Kiel unter HRB 7059 KI eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Es werden die Erleichterungen gemäß § 267, § 274 a, § 276 und § 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Aktivierungswahlrecht für selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wird in Anspruch genommen. Sie werden mit den bei deren Entwicklung anfallenden Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Die selbst geschaffenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear abgeschrieben. Dabei wird die Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstands nach dessen Produktlebenszyklus oder dessen erwarteten Synergieeffekten angesetzt, soweit diese verlässlich geschätzt werden können.

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände bis EUR 800,00 werden im Zeitpunkt ihres Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und werden mit den nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Geldeingänge, die Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen.

Latente Steuern werden auf zeitliche Unterschiede zwischen den handelsrechtlichen und steuerlichen Wertansätzen gebildet, sofern sich diese in späteren Geschäftsjahren voraussichtlich abbauen. Eine sich insgesamt ergebende Steuerbelastung wird in der Bilanz als passive latente Steuer angesetzt, der angewandte Steuersatz beträgt 30 %.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von EUR 2.042.267,16 (i.V. EUR 679.256,24); ausgewiesen wird eine Darlehensforderung. Die Forderung wird mit 2,0 % p.a. verzinst.

Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor.

Eigenkapital

Das Eigenkapital wurde noch nicht auf Euro umgestellt und beträgt DM 50.000,00 (EUR 25.564,59).

Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

V. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn und Verlustrechnung

Ergebnisabführung aufgrund eines Beherrschungs- und Ergebnisabführungsvertrages

Auf Basis des am 20. Dezember 2010 unterzeichneten Beherrschungs- und Ergebnisabführungsvertrags wurde der Jahresüberschuss im Rahmen der Ergebnisübernahme in Höhe von EUR 2.456.285,22 (i.V. EUR 537.524,10) an die Buchner und Partner GmbH, Kiel, abgeführt.

VI. Sonstige Angaben
