Anhang

Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Die Vergleichbarkeit mit dem Vorjahresabschluss ist aufgrund der Veräußerung von Geschäftsbereichen an andere Konzerngesellschaften eingeschränkt.

Die Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Satz 1 HGB wurden bei der Erstellung des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen gemäß § 274a HGB wurden ebenfalls in Anspruch genommen. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet.

Registerinformationen

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Stertil GmbH mit Sitz in Bergkamen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamm unter der Nummer HRB 9274 eingetragen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Innerhalb der Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte und Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten und die Ausleihungen grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt. Unverzinsliche oder niedrig verzinsliche Ausleihungen sind auf den Barwert abgezinst.

Die A nteile an verbundenen Unternehmen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten, bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung abzüglich außerplanmäßiger Abschreibungen, bilanziert.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Pauschalwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen; das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 148 sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen. Im Einzelnen betreffen diese Verpflichtungen Miet- und Leasingverträge.
