Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2022

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Ströhmer Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz der neuen HGB Vorschriften nach BilRUG ergaben.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bei der Erstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung macht die Gesellschaft von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß §§ 274a, 276 HGB teilweise Gebrauch.

Zur Darstellung eines den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechenden Bildes der Vermögens-, Finanz,- und Ertragslage sind keine weiteren Angaben erforderlich.

Die Ströhmer Software GmbH mit Sitz in Ingolstadt wird beim Amtsgericht Ingolstadt unter der Registernummer HRB 4378 (Fall1) geführt.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Anschaffungskosten beweglicher Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 Euro wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten

Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennwert bewertet.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungsbildung wurde gem. § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Ergebnisverwendung

Das Geschäftsjahr 2022 schließt mit einem Jahresfehlbetrag von € 140.824,27. Die Geschäftsleitung schlägt vor, den Verlust auf das Geschäftsjahr 2021 zurückzutragen.

Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von insgesamt 49.577,50 € lagen mit Ihrer Laufzeit unter einem Jahr.
