Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2017

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Stuffle GmbH in Liquidation für das Geschäftsjahr 2017 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Anhang zur Offenlegung gem. § 325 i. V. m. § 326 HGB enthält die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften vorgeschriebenen Mindestangaben gem. §§ 284 ff HGB.
Ab dem 14.5.2016 befindet sich die Gesellschaft in Liquidation.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Der Jahresabschluss der Stuffle GmbH in Liquidation wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten, die einen Betrag von 410,- € nicht übersteigen, werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr 2017 wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
