Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

profit_and_loss_account array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical profit-and-loss line items, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). Anhang

1. Allgemeines

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267
Abs. 1 HGB, da alle drei Merkmale der Größenklassenumschreibung gem. § 267 Abs.
2 HGB im Berichtsjahr und im Vorjahr nicht überschritten waren.

Im Interesse einer besseren Klarheit der Darstellung sind die nach den gesetzlichen
Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz anzubringenden Vermerke, ebenso wie die
Vermerke, die wahlweise in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringen
sind, insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Die durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz verursachten Abweichungen in den
Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsmethoden wurden in vorstehender Bilanz beachtet. Die
Vorjahreszahlen sind nicht angepasst.

2. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Innerhalb der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wird allen
erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko durch angemessene
Abwertungen Rechnung getragen. Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als
einem Jahr bestehen nicht. Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen nicht.

Bei der Bemessung der Steuerrückstellungen und der sonstigen Rückstellungen
ist allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen.
Aufgrund fehlender Abweichung zwischen handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften
ist keine Rückstellung für latente Steuern gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten
gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen nicht.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.

Haftungsverhältnisse (§§ 251 und 268 Abs. 7 HGB) bestehen zum 31.12.2011 nicht.
