Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Synergy Systems Networks GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Auf die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 266 Abs. 1 HGB bei der Erstellung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde verzichtet. Von den Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB bezüglich der Angaben im Anhang wurde jedoch gebraucht gemacht.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss der Synergy Systems Networks GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften linear oder degressiv vorgenommen.

Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens, welche gem. § 6 Abs. 2a EStG in den Sammelposten einzustellen sind, werden linear über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Der steuerliche Sammelposten wurde in die Handelsbilanz übernommen, da der vorliegende Sammelposten für das Unternehmen von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist.

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und Abschreibungen gemäß § 253 Abs. 3 Satz 3 HGB sind nicht erfolgt.

Geschäftsjahresabschreibung

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten und Sicherungsrechte mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00.

Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung

In der Gesellschafterversammlung wurde der von der Geschäftsführung vorgelegte Jahresabschluss auf den 31. März 2024 genehmigt. Auf Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung wurde einstimmig beschlossen, den Jahresüberschuss 2023/2024 und auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
