Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft trägt den Firmennamen SZP Management GmbH und hat ihren Sitz in 09648 Mittweida, Zschöppichen 18. Sie wurde am 7. Februar 2018 in das Handelsregister Chemnitz unter der Registernummer HRB 31544 eingetragen.
Die Gesellschaft zählt mit einer Bilanzsumme von TEUR 5.656 (Vj. TEUR 5.881), Umsatzerlösen von TEUR 18 (Vj. TEUR 8) und keinen Arbeitnehmern zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften i. S. v. § 267 i. V. m. § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB. Sie ist daher nicht prüfungspflichtig gemäß §§ 316 ff. HGB.
Der Jahresabschluss wird auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften werden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes angewendet.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert.
Aus Gründen der Bilanzklarheit werden die Bezeichnungen einiger Posten ihrem tatsächlichen Inhalt entsprechend angepasst.
Der Jahresabschluss wird vor Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt.
Es werden die gesetzlichen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Ansatz des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen.
Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Anschaffungs-nebenkosten bilanziert. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen werden nur bei dauerhafter Wertminderung der entsprechenden Anteile vorgenommen. Einige Finanzanlagen werden zum Bilanzstichtag über ihrem beizulegenden Zeitwert (Börsenwert) bewertet.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 HGB bilanziert.
Die liquiden Mittel (Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten) werden mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.
Das Eigenkapital wird zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet.
Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens sowie die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres für die Einzelposten des Anlagevermögens ergeben sich aus dem als Anlage zum Anhang beigefügten Anlagespiegel.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben in Höhe von EUR 75.858,00 (Vj. EUR 0,00) eine Restlaufzeit von 1 bis zu 5 Jahren. Die übrigen Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.
Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von EUR 480.000,00 (Vj. EUR 0,00) eine Restlaufzeit von 1 bis zu 5 Jahren. Die übrigen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Sonstige betriebliche Erträge und Aufwendungen
In den sonstigen betrieblichen Erträgen sind Erträge aus Währungsumrechnung in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 6.336,66).

V. Sonstige Angaben

Bestellobligo
Zum Abschlussstichtag besteht ein Bestellobligo in Höhe von TEUR 100.

Geschäftsführung
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 werden die Geschäfte durch Herrn Sven Sieber, Mittweida, geführt.
Der Geschäftsführer ist jeweils einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen gemäß § 181 BGB befreit.

VI. Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses

Der Geschäftsführer schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 in Höhe von EUR 338.514,94 zusammen mit dem Gewinnvortrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
