Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Allgemeines

Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden gemäß den §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB, den Vorschriften des GmbHG und den Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB i.V.m. § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB, die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen (going concern). Tatsächliche oder rechtliche Gegebenheiten, die dem entgegenstehen, liegen nicht vor.

Die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Wesentlichen übernommen. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:
- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet und haben alle eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle
ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken abzudecken. Die Rückstellung zur Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten der Geschäftsunterlagen hat eine Restlaufzeit von 10 Jahren. Die übrigen Rückstellungen haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und haben alle eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben:

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Wirtschaftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 0.

Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB bestanden nicht.

Zum Geschäftsführer war im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 bestellt:

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestand gegenüber Gesellschaftern eine Verbindlichkeit in Höhe von 20.000,00 €, die mit 2,50% p.a. verzinst wurde.
