Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der TachoEASY Holding GmbH, Rosenheim, eingetragen beim Registergericht Traunstein unter HRB 30533, vermittelt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage. Es sind keine Umstände erkennbar, dass der Jahresabschluss ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild nicht vermittelt (§ 264 Abs. 2 HGB).

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Regelungen des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses in Anspruch genommen.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der TachoEASY Holding GmbH zum 31.12.2023 wurden als Bilanzvorträge übernommen.

Die Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden haben sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr - soweit im nachfolgenden nicht ausdrücklich erwähnt - nicht geändert.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, entsprechend der voraussichtlichen betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer bzw. der amtlichen Abschreibungstabelle angesetzt.

Als Abschreibungsmethode kam die lineare Methode zur Anwendung.

Die Abschreibungen des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgten grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Es wurden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Die Berechnung der latenten Steuern beruht auf temporäre Differenzen zwischen Bilanzposten aus handelsrechtlicher und steuerrechtlicher Betrachtungsweise gem. § 274 HGB. Die sich ergebenden Steuerbe- und -entlastungen werden verrechnet als passive latente Steuer angesetzt (§274 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB). Der zur Berechnung der latenten Steuern verwendete Ertragssteuersatz liegt bei 15,825%.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Für Verbindlichkeiten aus Kaufverträgen bestehen die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte.

Die Gesamtzahl der durchschnittlich beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer im Geschäftsjahr 2024 beträgt 0.
