financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

I. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31.12.2024 der Tasys GmbH, in Leverkusen, wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung ergänzender Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 246 ff. HBG) in der Fassung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes erstellt. Die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen wurden aufgrund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 (8) Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepaßt.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten bilanziert und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410 Euro wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe sind grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten bei Anwendung zulässiger Bewertungsvereinfachung oder zu den niedrigeren Tagespreisen des Bilanzstichtages bewertet.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und gewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und GuV

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern und ihren Firmen betragen 792.361,66 Euro (Vorjahr = 712.971,12 Euro). Dem gegenüber stehen Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter und ihren Firmen i. H. v. 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr = 0,00 Euro).

III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Gesellschaft durch die einzelvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer Herr Harald Müller vertreten.
