Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen ausgewiesen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen bei den im Wirtschaftsjahr angeschafften Wirtschaftsgütern werden ausgehend von den Bemessungsgrundlagen über die jeweilige betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Von der Bewertungsfreiheit für geringwertige abnutzbare bewegliche Wirt-
schaftsgüter im Einzelwert bis 150 € gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 Einkommensteuerge-
setz (EStG) ist Gebrauch gemacht worden. Für geringwertige abnutzbare bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter im Einzelwert von 150 € netto bis 410 € wurde das Wahlrecht der Sofortabschreibung ausgeübt.

Die Abschreibung wird bei Zugängen zeitanteilig angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet. Ggf. zweifelhafte bzw. uneinbringliche Forderungen wurden angemessen wertberichtigt bzw. ausgebucht.

Die liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital (Stammkapital) ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet und, soweit dies handelsrechtlich zulässig ist, unter Beachtung der steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften angesetzt und bewertet worden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr beibehalten worden.


2. Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Die Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft gegenüber dem Gesellschafter betrugen zum Bilanzstichtag rd. 25,7 T€.

2.   Rangrücktrittserklärung

Die Gesellschaft hat mit dem alleinigen Gesellschafter am 6. Dezember 2001 eine qualifizierte Rangrücktrittsvereinbarung getroffen. Der Gesellschafter verzichtet auf seine Ansprüche gegenüber der GmbH, solange die teilweise oder vollständige Begleichung seiner Forderungen zu einer insolvenzrechtlichen Überschuldung der GmbH führen würde.
