Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Hinweise

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Berlin und ist im Handelsregister Berlin (Charlottenburg) unter HRB 167386 B unter der Firma Taurecon Invest I. GmbH eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 in Verbindung mit § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss ist vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt worden.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG. Von der Möglichkeit der verkürzten Bilanzdarstellung gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht.

Von den ihr eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz gemäß § 274a HGB macht die Gesellschaft Gebrauch.

Die Aufstellung des Anhangs erfolgte unter teilweiser Inanspruchnahme der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB.

Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Die Bilanzgliederung wurde gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Finanzanlagen werden bei, voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung gemäß § 253 Abs. 3 HGB auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert abgeschrieben. Sofern in Folgejahren die Gründe für die Wertminderung entfallen sind, erfolgen Zuschreibungen gemäß dem Wertaufholungsgebot gemäß § 253 Abs. 5 HGB.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bzw. ihrem niedrigeren beizulegendem Wert am Bilanzstichtag bewertet.

Kassenbestand sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 24.250,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 20.863,00).

Unter den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, in Höhe von EUR 919.067,20 (Vorjahr: EUR 799.962,56) ausgewiesen.

Das Stammkapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 wurde in voller Höhe einbezahlt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen sind in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Anfalls aufgrund des steuerlichen Gewinns dotiert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betragen EUR 31.190,77 (Vorjahr: EUR 6.786,39).

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen EUR 2.433.790,44 (Vorjahr: EUR 2.371.585,41). Darin enthalten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 2.274.276,68 (Vorjahr: EUR 2.228.139,53), gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von EUR 159.513,76 (Vorjahr: EUR 143.445,88) und gegenüber Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 30.457,16).

Es erfolgte eine Umgliederung der Gesellschafterkonten in einen individuellen einheitlichen Kontenrahmen.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse

Haftungsverhältnisse bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Nicht bilanzierte sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen im Sinne von § 285 Nr. 3a HGB bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.
