A. Allgemeine Angaben
Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung
Der Jahresabschluss der TBB - Technische Berufsbildung Bayreuth GmbH zum 31. August 2012 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde grundsätzlich der Vermerk im Anhang gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie unter der Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 268-274 a, 276-278 HGB erstellt.
Die Bilanz ist entsprechend dem Gliederungsschema des § 266 HGB erstellt.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Wertansätze in der Eröffnungsbilanz der TBB - Technische Berufsbildung Bayreuth GmbH zum 02. März 2012 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge übernommen.
Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 410,00 wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.
Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Der Kassenbestand und das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Eigenkapitalpositionen sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage der neuen Fassung des § 253 HGB ermittelt. Sie wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen und nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträge gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB bewertet und berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten keine Posten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.
Sonstige Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für Jahresabschluss- und Steuerberatungskosten sowie für Urlaubsanspruch gebildet.
Verbindlichkeiten
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 37.935,89.
Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag EUR 12.361,27.

C. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Geschäftsleitung
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren während des ganzen Geschäftsjahres Herr Anton Fuchs und Herr Matthias Ritter.
Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt, mit der Befugnis, im Namen der Gesellschaft mit sich im eigenen Namen oder als Vertreter eines Dritten Rechtsgeschäfte abzuschließen.
