A. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

I. Vorbemerkung
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft finden hinsichtlich der Bilanzierung und der Bewertung die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) Anwendung.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach dem Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRuG). Sie macht von den Erleichterungsvorschriften des § 288 HGB Gebrauch und nimmt die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB in Anspruch.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Von dem handelsrechtlichen Wahlrecht zur Aktivierung selbstgeschaffener immaterieller Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Entwicklung eines Systems, das selbständige Tests generiert, um damit verschiedene Probleme der Softwaresysteme zu identifizieren. Die Bewertung erfolgte zu Herstellungskosten, d.h. mit den bei der Entwicklung angefallenen Aufwendungen.

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen und das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden linear entsprechend der jeweiligen Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibung erfolgt pro Rata Temporis.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu Euro 800,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG
Die Forderungen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.

B. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

1. Angaben zu Einzelposten des Anlagevermögens
Die Entwicklung des Bilanzpostens Anlagevermögen ergibt sich aus der Bilanz sowie dem der Bilanz beigehefteten Anlagenspiegel.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu Euro 800,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG.

2. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben folgende Restlaufzeiten:

Verbindlichkeiten bis zu 1 Jahr:	341.381,88 Euro
Verbindlichkeiten 1 bis 5 Jahre:	182.911,05 Euro
Verbindlichkeiten größer 5 Jahre:	748.193,22 Euro

4. Ergebnisverwendung
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss zum 31.12.2021 in Höhe von Euro 155.611,64 und den Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von Euro 18.757,01 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

C. Sonstige Angaben

1. Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane
Die Geschäftsführung wurde im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr von Herrn Daniel Burns (Informatiker) ausgeübt.

2. Anzahl der Mitarbeiter
Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 beschäftigte die Gesellschaft in Durchschnitt 22 Mitarbeiter.

3. Vorschüsse und Kredite einschließlich Haftungsverhältnisse
Die unverzinslichen Darlehensforderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern zum 31.12.2021 betragen Euro 37.000,00 und haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

4. Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG
Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden am Bilanzstichtag Forderungen im Gesamtbetrag von Euro 37.000,00.
