3. Anhang FÜR DAS RUMPFGESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen wurden zum Buchwert gemäß § 21 UmwStG eingebracht.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Angaben

1. Gewährte Vorschüsse und Kredite an Geschäftsführer

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer in Höhe von
€ 500.000,00.
