1.	Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2016 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gliederung des Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt unverändert nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB).

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Beteiligungen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, die das laufende Geschäftsjahr betreffen.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Die Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten weisen eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr aus.

Es bestehen zum 31.12.2016 Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäfts-führer in Höhe von EUR 13.592,21. Die Verzinsung erfolgt mit 2 %.
