financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die TripleA Vermögensverwaltung GmbH hat ihren Sitz im Geschäftsjahr 2023 von Stuttgart nach Meerbusch verlegt. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Neuss unter HRB 23684 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und macht von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 266 Abs. 1 HGB teilweise Gebrauch.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bereits bei vorübergehender Wertminderung werden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf die Anschaffungskosten vorgenommen. Bei Wegfall der Wertberichtigungsgründe werden Zuschreibungen bis zur Höhe der ursprünglichen Anschaffungskosten vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert bilanziert.

Liquide Mittel sind zum Nominalwert bilanziert.

Für alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen, die am Abschlussstichtag dem Grunde oder der Höhe nach ungewiss sind, werden - der Risikolage entsprechend - angemessene Rückstellungen gebildet. Die Bewertung erfolgt nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten eine Darlehensforderung über T€ 150,0 mit einer Restlaufzeit von 5 Jahren. Die Darlehensforderung wird mit 0,5 % p-a- Verzinst und ist durch Pfandrechte in gleicher Höhe besichert.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Alle Verbindlichkeiten zum 31. Dezember 2023 haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
