Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023

1. Allgemeines

Der Jahresabschluss der trust.rental GmbH mit Sitz in Frechen (Amtsgericht Köln,
HR B 73330) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen
(§§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften genutzt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten abzüglich linearer Abschreibungen entsprechend der ermittelten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Es wurde die Bewertungsvereinfachung gemäß § 6 (2a) EStG angewendet.

Die fertigen Erzeugnisse und Waren wurden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben wurden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

In den aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungen wurden Ausgaben ausgewiesen, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist gemäß § 272 (1) HGB mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Aufgrund temporärer Bilanzansätze im Handels- und Steuerecht sind Rückstellungen für latente Steuern gemäß § 249 HGB passiviert.

Steuerrückstellungen waren für das Berichtsjahr nicht vorzunehmen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

In den passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungen wurden Einnahmen ausgewiesen, die Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

3. Bilanzposten

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren sowie Verbindlichkeiten die durch Pfandrecht o. Ä. gesichert sind bestehen nicht (§ 285 Nr. 1a+b HGB).

Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten. Der Saldo laut Bilanz weist zum 31.12.2023 ein Betrag in Höhe von 68.456,84 Euro aus.

4. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Auf die größenabhängige Erleichterung des § 276 Satz 1 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde verzichtet.

5. Haftungsverhältnisse und nicht bilanzierte Verpflichtungen

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB.

Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen gemäß § 285 Nr. 3a HGB bestehen wie folgt:
