I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Bilanz ist gem. § 266 HGB aufgestellt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Die übrigen Posten des Umlaufvermögens sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen werden für ungewisse und bestimmte Verpflichtungen mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
