Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Allgemeine Angaben

Der notariell beurkundete Gesellschaftsvertrag der ValiPic (Deutschland) GmbH wurde am 21. Juni 2005 geschlossen und datiert in seiner aktuellen Fassung vom 23. Mai 2008. Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Königstein unter HRB 7285 eingetragen. Für die Angaben des Anhangs nimmt die Gesellschaft die größenklassenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 Satz 1 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch.

Das Stammkapital in Höhe von 30.000,00 EUR ist vollständig eingezahlt.

Die Gesellschaft ist bilanziell weiter ganz erheblich überschuldet. Die Geschäftsleitung und der Hauptgesellschafter gehen davon aus, dass die Überschuldung in absehbarer Zeit beseitigt wird und die Fortführung des Unternehmens nach den Umständen überwiegend wahrscheinlich ist.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der ValiPic (Deutschland) GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Über die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens gibt der Anlagespiegel Auskunft. Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Werthaltigkeit des Anlagevermögens kann nicht abschließend bestimmt werden. Das Anlagevermögen wurde linear entsprechend der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Das Umlaufvermögen wurde zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Es handelt sich um kurzfristige Rückstellungen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Geschäftsführungsorgan und Angabe nach § 42 Abs 3 GmbHG

Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Geschäftsjahr durch Herrn Dr. André Zilch, Frankfurt/M, vorgenommen. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen kurzfristige verzinsliche Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 659.674,85 EUR (Vorjahr: 617.117,58 EUR), die unter Verbindlichkeiten ausgewiesen sind.
