I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

1. Gliederung
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gem. §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes nach den Vorschriften für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Sofern es der Übersichtlichkeit diente, haben wir bei Wahlrechten die Angaben im Anhang gebracht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

2. Bewertung
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze maßgebend:

Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Einzelwertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich.

Flüssige Mittel und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert zum Ansatz gebracht.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die bis zum Bilanzstichtag noch nicht veranlagten Steuern und sind mit ihrem voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen.

Bei der Bildung der sonstigen Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung zu tragen.

Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten aus gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen auf Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung im Rahmen des voraussichtlichen Erfüllungsbetrages.

Die übrigen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag zum Ansatz gebracht.

3. Sonstige Angaben
Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Digitalisierung der Versicherungstätigkeit.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267a Abs. 1 HGB. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wird gem. § 264 Abs. 1 HGB verzichtet.

Zum Geschäftsführer sind Herr Marcus Wetzel und Herr Thes Dallmeier-Tießen bestellt. Sie sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
