A. Grundlegende Angaben zum Unternehmen und zur Bilanzierung

Eckdaten zum Unternehmen, Gliederung, Vorjahresbeträge
Die Gesellschaft erfüllt die Kriterien für eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267a Abs. 1 HGB. Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung werden aber weiterhin nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 264 HGB i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aufgestellt.
Der Jahresabschluss der GAB Europe GmbH, Forstern (Amtsgericht München, HRB 268236) wurde nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften des dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Bilanz ist nach § 266 HGB gegliedert. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die Erleichterungsvorschriften nach § 288 Abs. 1 HGB teilweise in Anspruch.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Die bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden bei der Erläuterung der Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angegeben, Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr werden gesondert genannt und begründet.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten - vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen - angesetzt. Die Zugänge werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Altbestände werden weiter linear abgeschrieben. Für Zugänge von geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern bis EUR 800,00 im Geschäftsjahr wird das Bewertungswahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in Anspruch genommen.
Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt.
Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert bilanziert.
Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme für erkennbare Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet worden. Die Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

B. Weitere Angaben zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben ausnahmslos eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und betragen EUR 180.794,39 (Vorjahr: EUR 82.518,67). Für Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen bestehen im branchenüblichen Umfang Eigentumsvorbehalte.
